Server Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Server to join our team at Waynesville Inn & Golf, Tapestry by Hilton. As a Server, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in our restaurant, providing top-notch service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assist in setting up tables, beverages, and other amenities to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Ring in orders and serve food and/or beverages in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and service areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
• Provide professional and courteous service at all times, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner
• Process payments and report to supervisors, ensuring accurate and efficient closing of each shift

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding guest service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
• At least one year of server experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Ability to maintain a fast-paced working environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization
• Resourceful problem-solving skills, with a focus on responding to guest needs and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
• Attention to detail, with a focus on handling orders and cash accurately and efficiently
