We are a rapidly growing, award-winning roofing company based in Baltimore, MD. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing services, including shingle and flat roofs, slate and sheet metal work, as well as gutters, decks, and more.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our roofing construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing roofing projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of roofing construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate daily work activities, scheduling, and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety standards, building codes, and company quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and labor are available and efficiently utilized.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Communicate project status updates to clients and management regularly.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, material usage, and project costs.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise roofing crews, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in roofing construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques, including shingle, flat, and slate roofing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety training is a plus.
