We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Speech Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our therapy teams and Rehab Department to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess patients to develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide speech therapy services to improve patients' communication skills and overall ability to communicate
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Work independently to manage workflow and prioritize tasks
  • Familiar with PDPM and SLP screening
  • Align therapy treatments and plans with understanding of Medicaid and Medicare billing
Qualifications:
  • New Jersey Speech Therapy License
  • Background/experience in long term care (specifically a Skilled Nursing Facility)
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities and ability levels
  • Creative problem-solving skills
