Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring that every visit is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Maintain a helpful and service-oriented approach at all times, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Present menus and help customers select food and beverage choices, clearly communicating menu items and daily specials.
  • Order Taking and Delivery: Listen intently to the customer's order and accurately communicate orders to the kitchen for preparation, ensuring timely delivery of food to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the hostess, bartenders, cooks, and runners to create a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
  • Table Setup and Maintenance: Set up tables before, during, and after shifts to prepare for the next guests, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Conflict Resolution: Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude, using professional language at all times to resolve issues.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately calculate bills, present checks to customers, and process payment methods efficiently.
Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant setting, with a loud noise level and exposure to hazards such as cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job include regular talking and hearing, as well as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Occasional lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds may be required.

Requirements
  • Must be of legal age according to state regulations to serve alcohol.
  • Prior server experience is required.
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures and work in a team atmosphere.
  • High school diploma or food safety training is preferred.
