Responsibilities:

This role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Accurately shipping outgoing orders and items, including weighing orders on a scale and entering correct shipment information into tracking systems.
  • Inspecting received goods for defects and quality control purposes, verifying that L&R USA's customers receive high-quality products made to custom measurements.
  • Packaging finished standard-sized goods with corresponding product line packaging and marketing materials, using SKU numbers for identification.
  • Picking and packing standard-sized orders from stock according to packing slips, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Conducting physical inventory of raw materials and finished goods on a routine basis, as directed by management.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to concerns and communicate effectively with coworkers.
  • Understanding and compliance with FDA guidelines applicable to medical device manufacturers.
  • A thorough knowledge of L&R products, with the ability to locate standard-sized items in finished goods inventory.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
