Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering dialysis treatments, and monitoring patient conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Conduct pre, interim, and post-treatment reviews of patient condition
  • Administer intravenous medication as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of short-term and long-term patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN)
  • Current appropriate State licensure
  • One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
  • Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required
  • Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis
  • Successfully complete CPR Certification
