About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced outpatient dialysis setting. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing lab tests, and providing education to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
  • One year of experience in nephrology or hemodialysis preferred.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $114,500 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.
