We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team at Consumer Services, Inc. DBA Taylor Life Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional clinical services and related tasks for individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disability, serious emotional disturbances (SED), and/or substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement person-centered plans that assess, link, monitor, and coordinate services.
  • Assist individuals and/or families with community resources and coordinate services with other professionals, team members, referral sources, and community resources.
  • Maintain effective quality clinical records to achieve success in this position.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of clinical services and related tasks, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in a related field and relevant experience are required.
