Senior Web Analyst

IDIQ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior and journeys, product performance, and other website metrics to support the strategic goals of our organization.

• Manage and oversee web analytics implementation across the organization.
• Monitor and report on metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, user engagement, and behavior.
• Use web analytics tools, along with customer data, to identify trends and areas for optimization.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements and improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and support strategic initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in a web analytics role.
• Expertise in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Analytics.
• Working knowledge of tag management tools, such as Google Tag Manager.
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in A/B testing tools and methodologies.
