Position Overview:

The selected attorney will become a vital part of the Labor & Employment Practice group, managing both class action and individual plaintiff cases, along with advisory and counseling responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of experience in Employment Litigation, particularly in defense
  • Proficient in handling both individual plaintiff cases (discrimination, harassment, retaliation) and class action suits (wage and hour, FLSA, PAGA)
  • Experience in conducting arbitrations and mediations
  • Trial preparation experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Active California Bar License
  • Located in San Diego
