Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to our physicians and clinical staff.
- Assist with medical procedures, including preparing patients, maintaining procedure rooms, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and coordinate with insurance companies to verify eligibility.
- Perform clerical duties, such as copying, filing, and faxing, as needed.
- Train new staff and assist ultrasound staff as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records and preparing reports.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
