We are looking for an experienced Wind Power Technician Lead to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our wind power generating assets by diagnosing technical issues, providing prompt customer assistance, and facilitating the implementation of new applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal abilities and technically proficient skills. They will also be proficient in remote troubleshooting, following standardized procedures, and effectively communicating with internal and external customers via written and verbal communication.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000 - $100,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of technical issues related to wind power generating assets
  • Provide prompt customer assistance via phone, email, or in-person
  • Facilitate the implementation of new applications and technologies
  • Work closely with site teams and customer operation centers to ensure seamless communication
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all work performed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wind power generation or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
