POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid maintenance background who thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our residents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Utilize both hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Maintain a high standard of communication with team members and residents.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Proficient in various maintenance services, including HVAC, appliances, and general construction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
