Job Overview

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join their team in Edinburgh, IN. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of up to $22, plus FREE medical benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate overhead cranes to load molds into machines
  • Ensure proper setup of water lines, hydraulics, and electrical lines within machines
  • Collaborate with 1-3 other mold setters to support 25+ machines throughout the shift

Requirements:

  • Experience with machine setup and operation
  • Background in the plastics industry, with experience setting up molds within machines (preferred)
  • Ability to operate overhead cranes and perform slight adjustments to programs
