Medical Care Center Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled Wound Ostomy Certified Registered Nurse PRN to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a member of our Wound Care Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence in wound, ostomy, and continence management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct administrative duties, including staff education on evidence-based wound ostomy continence management, data collection, research, and participation with division-level activities.
- Assure the Program objectives are successfully implemented and coordinated for all wound, ostomy, and continence issues.
- Work with educators to educate and train the nursing staff on wound assessment, treatments, reporting, and documentation of progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and coordinate schedules with team members appropriately and efficiently as part of the Wound Care Team.
- Maintain approved National Specialty Certification and advanced training in this clinical specialty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years medical/surgical nursing experience preferred
