As a Production Supervisor/Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and understand the key aspects of production management, including safety, quality, standard operating procedures, employee relations, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and train personnel on safety procedures and protocols
  • Apply written safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Observe work areas for safety improvements and implement corrective actions
  • Review and learn investigative processes to identify and address safety concerns
  • Learn and apply SPC principles and basic quality tools to ensure high-quality products
  • Learn and train procedures to maximize production throughput and efficiency
  • Enforce standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop and mentor employees to improve their skills and performance

Requirements

  • College degree or relevant work/training experience
