Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Operations Specialist to join our team at ShopRite of Bayville.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack and display bakery products to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
  • Rotate stock to minimize waste and maintain inventory levels.
  • E nsure accurate signage and labeling throughout the department.
  • Prepare trays to meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing food safety and handling.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pastry arts degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a commercial bakery environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
