• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including the floor, counters, and storage areas.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers, and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food service operations.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and respectful demeanor.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
