About the Role:

At AdVantage, we're seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Frankfort, OH. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll provide speech therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician, assisting them with speech, language, oral and pharyngeal sensor motor function, hearing, balance, and their undergoing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician.
• Assist patients with speech, language, oral and pharyngeal sensor motor function, hearing, balance, and their undergoing processes.
• Promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment.
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of speech pathology services.
• Ensure that speech pathology services reflecting AdVantage's mission and standards are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

About You:

You have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and are licensed or eligible for licensure in the state in which practicing.
