Job Summary

The Production Operator is a vital member of our team, responsible for contributing to all phases of the production process. This includes operating automated production equipment, diagnosing machinery failures, and performing preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will be competent in making production decisions and be flexible in rotating job assignments throughout production.

Key Responsibilities

Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.
Operates and maintains production equipment, including mixers, dough pumps, and overhead proofers.
Performs quality control inspections of finished products and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and organized work area and performs start-up and shut-down sanitation and operator preventative maintenance.

Requirements

Two years of related bakery or production experience.
High school diploma or equivalency.
