Job Title: Global Network Infrastructure Development Specialist

About the Job

This role requires a highly skilled engineer to develop and implement policies for overseas station construction, assist in signing service agreements, and establish service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in after-sales service, network strategy, and logistics.


Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement policies for overseas station construction.
  • Develop strategies, methods, and workflows for overseas station development.
  • Establish service capability models and service standards.
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for service stations.
  • Train and guide Field Service Engineers (FSEs) in service network development.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, and evaluate service station performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or language disciplines.
  • Familiarity with after-sales service, network strategy, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in Office software.
  • Over 3 years of experience in overseas after-sales service, logistics, or industrial/auto spare parts.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are preferred.
