Your Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care within an assigned unit, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will perform all technical nursing duties in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will manage the care of assigned patients and guide the activities of support staff, potentially serving as charge nurse and assisting physicians as needed.

Your Contributions:

· Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and ensure timely completion of evaluations.

· Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments.

· Direct and coordinate patient care activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.

· Maintain clear communication regarding patient care plans with team members and document all care provided.

· Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary, involving patients and families in the evaluation process.

· Adhere to established nursing standards and complete required competency assessments.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Graduate from an accredited nursing program

· Valid Florida RN License

· Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
