About the Role

Mettler-Toledo is seeking a skilled Assembly Department Supervisor to oversee production operations in our Lutz, Florida facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as Assembly Department Supervisor will include:

  • Directing production staff to achieve productivity and quality targets
  • Implementing process improvements and efficiency enhancements
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management
  • Providing guidance and training to production staff
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Level III Assembler experience in a related discipline at Mettler-Toledo
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly of industrial machines
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
