Beauty Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

As a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests. This includes making eye contact, smiling, and promptly acknowledging and greeting each guest entering the store. You will also determine each guest's needs and answer questions concerning products and services, as well as partner with management to ensure the guest's needs are met. Additionally, you will recommend additional and complementary products and/or services to enhance the guest's shopping experience.
