About the Role

We are seeking a highly responsible and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Keyholder at Kids Empire. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for families visiting our indoor playground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and making them feel welcome in our park.
  • Operate the check-in process, ensuring guests sign the liability waiver and complete any necessary paperwork.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accurate records and handling customer payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including restrooms, tables, chairs, and playground structures.
  • Walk the floor regularly to monitor safety hazards and ensure guests are following park rules and guidelines.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting and disarming the alarm system.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, with open availability.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate an iPad and perform basic computer tasks.
  • Good physical stamina, with ability to stand, walk, and lift 25lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with children and music.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Read and write in English.
