Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD, helping them acquire essential life skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
  • Participate in training and team meetings
  • Collaborate with supervisors and peers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children or related experience preferred
  • Ability to travel to clients' homes, schools, or other community-based locations
  • Reliable transportation with a current and clear driver's license
  • Must pass a criminal background check, including child abuse clearances
