Delta Downs Racetrack Casino Hotel is seeking a results-driven Hospitality Supervisor - Beverages to lead our beverage team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for scheduling, training, and motivating staff, as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage staff rotas to meet business demands.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to improve performance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
