About the Job:

• This role involves providing exceptional customer service to guests by processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of hotel features and services, processing payments, and communicating effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
• Able to accurately process transactions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accommodate guests' needs by promptly resolving issues and addressing concerns.
• Update and maintain records accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate logistics for events and conferences.
• Ensure that guest rooms are prepared and ready for arrival.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to guest accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and management to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
