Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN to join our team. This role involves providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families in routine situations under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed provider.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and assisting physicians and registered nurses with patient comfort, care, and treatment.
  • Assisting with diagnostic procedures and observing and recording patients' conditions and progress.
  • Maintaining exam/treatment rooms according to infection control policies and standard clinic protocols.
  • Obtaining and documenting patient vital signs and measurements in the electronic medical record.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program is necessary.
  • CURRENT licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia is required, along with BLS certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, plus additional benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, family-focused benefits, wellness incentives, and ongoing mentorship and leadership programs.
