Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for scans, administering pre-medication and radioactive isotopes as needed
  • Operate gamma cameras and other equipment to capture diagnostic images
  • Record patient information, examination results, and radiation exposure data
  • Assist in administering I-131 therapy and maintain accurate records
  • Order radioactive isotopes and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification
  • Vocational School Graduate or equivalent experience
  • NMTCB Radiation Safety Certified or equivalent
