About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As a Radiology Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring precision in imaging in Radiology settings. Collaboration with the Radiology team is crucial for optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.
- Position patients correctly and operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images.
- Ensure patient safety by following radiation safety protocols and maintaining equipment.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain patient records, document procedures, and adhere to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- ARRT (RT) certification.
- BLS certifications.
- Two years of recent Radiology experience.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
