Pickleball Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pickleball Coach to join our team at Lake Kennedy Racquet Center. As a key member of our sports programs team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and instruction to athletes of various skill levels.

• Develop and implement engaging and challenging pickleball programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels
• Provide expert coaching and instruction to athletes, focusing on skill development and game strategy
• Monitor and evaluate athlete performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all athletes

• At least 2 years of experience coaching or teaching sports in youth programs
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including after-school and weekend hours
• Current CPR/First Aid certifications
