About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks to ensure a smooth cafe operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake all fresh bread and pastries for the cafe
  • Maintain quality and flavor standards using 100% real ingredients
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Support the cafe team in achieving our Guiding Values and Behaviors
Requirements
  • Love baking and be willing to learn and grow
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a team
  • Be a self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Be passionate about food safety and health safety
  • Be at least 18 years old
