Job Summary

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing
  • 2 years' work experience as a NP
  • National Provider Identification Number (NPI)
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
Licenses and Certifications
  • Current California Registered Nurse License
  • Current and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License
  • Board of Registered Nurses Certification Furnishing Number issued by California Board of Registered Nursing
  • Current and unrestricted Controlled Substances Registration Certificate from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Valid California Driver's License, proof of auto liability insurance, and clean driving record
Certifications Required
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by an accredited professional nursing organization
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position, which is $105,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program bonus.
