Weiss Memorial Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Chicago's North Side, is seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct and indirect patient care under the guidance of an RN and LVN
  • Assisting patients with basic daily needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Cooperating with the medical health team to provide excellent care and support
  • Ensuring clean conditions and assisting with medical treatments
  • Monitoring patients' health and providing a supportive environment

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a PCT
  • Preferred CNA license or Medical Assistant License from Texas Nurse Aide Registry or EMT certification or CMA certification
  • BLS through AHA or ARC
