Busser Ambassador

The estimated salary for this position is $15-$20 per hour, depending on location and experience. As a Busser Ambassador, you will be eligible for health, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, and meal compensation benefits when eligible.

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Busser Ambassador to join our team. As a Busser, you will be responsible for:

• Bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Having a general knowledge of our food and drink menu and being able to recommend and upsell products to enhance our guests' experience.
• Answering phones in a prompt and professional manner and directing calls as applicable.
• Assisting throughout the restaurant by delivering food and bar beverages, assisting with guests, and ensuring that every opportunity to wow a customer is completed.

You will also be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during your shift. Teamwork is essential and required by all Outbackers.
