Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, including medication management, wound care, and pain management.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure effective treatment and recovery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- 2+ years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Current licensure in Michigan and BLS, ACLS certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Travel experience and willingness to float to other units as needed.
- Supervisory experience and ability to lead and mentor nursing staff.
