Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct clinical care to patients in accordance with the care plan established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Assist in patient care management through effective organization and communication.
- Complete all tasks with precision, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
Specializations: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexibility to accommodate patient and clinic needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Possession of a current California PT License.
- Outpatient experience is preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Duties:
- Evaluate the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of patients and formulate suitable treatment plans.
- Adjust and refine treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide effective instruction and counseling to patients regarding exercises, home programs, and educational resources.
- Maintain transparent communication with patients, supervising therapists, and referring physicians about the patient's care plan and progress.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with physical therapy office management systems and procedures.
- Demonstrate social perceptiveness and a service-oriented approach.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Showcase exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and patient management software.

Annual Salary Range: $84,000 - $114,400
