About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and working at the front desk to ensure a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Present our concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits of our unique fitness program.
• Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks to ensure a smooth operation.
• Give studio tours, showcasing our facilities and services.
• Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help drive studio growth and success.
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, striving for resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
