Job Title: Senior Living Therapist Position

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team at HealthPRO Heritage. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Implement and document treatment plans, ensuring timely and accurate records are maintained.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize residents' use of functional abilities.
• Provide instruction and supervision to assistants as needed, ensuring high-quality care is delivered.
• Participate in rehabilitation team conferences and contribute to the development of effective treatment plans.
• Maintain current knowledge of community resources and facilitate referrals when necessary.
• Adhere to company and facility policies, participating in quality improvement and safety programs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice essential.
• Supervision, training, or experience in a setting serving seniors preferred.
• Certification in areas of specialization beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
