About the Role:

This is a full-time position in our outpatient department, where you will work with a variety of patients, including those with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments to identify treatment needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
