Clinical Dietitian Assistant

Clinical Dietitian Assistants play a vital role in enhancing the overall health and quality of life for our residents at Eagle Care LLC. They work closely with the Registered Dietitian to collect health information and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to implement individualized nutritional plans of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct resident assessments to identify nutritional needs and risks.
- Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care.
- Monitor and record resident weights to identify significant weight changes.
- Conduct regular meal observations and reviews to ensure residents receive adequate nutrition.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics or equivalent.
- Active pursuit of a degree in a healthcare field, preferably nutrition/dietetics related, or a current Dietary Manager Certificate (CDM) with a Practitioner Certificate in Nutrition Care.
- Dietetic Technician, Registered, or Personal Care Assistant training preferred.
