Healthcare Support Specialist

We are recruiting for a skilled Clinical Associate to join our team at Carilion Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing critical support to our clinical teams.
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Duties:- Exhibit proficient knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and assist with chart audits.
- Support department/unit staff scheduling, including lunch assignments.
- Review medical records for outstanding orders and notify nurses of stat orders and medication changes.
- Order department/unit supplies and equipment, and stock/organize supplies.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) certification is required.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role.
