Key Responsibilities- Guide Manufacturing Engineering efforts across program Integrated Product Teams during the full life cycle of a major ISR program.
- Develop manufacturing tools and processes, ensuring design for manufacturability is integrated into the design process.
- Support Operations teams on tooling and process development to ensure aircraft modification and maintenance can be performed efficiently and safely.
- Propose application of new technologies and techniques to drive continual process improvement into the program.
- Manage a team of employees at multiple sites, including hiring, training, and career development.
- Bachelor's of Science degree in a related discipline and typically 16 or more years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing principles and practices.
- Experience in working and leading large design and development teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
