About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Obesity Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you'll work closely with our physicians and registered dietitians to provide longitudinal telehealth care to patients with obesity.
Responsibilities- Provide effective evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy to patients with obesity
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional team-based care
- Conduct telemedicine visits and engage with patients through our proprietary mobile app
- Have at least 2 years of experience practicing Obesity Medicine
- Be committed to delivering the highest quality of medical care and an evidence-based approach to obesity management
- Have prior experience conducting telemedicine visits
