Job Summary

As an IT Support Professional, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting user issues, installing computer hardware, and maintaining network protocols. You'll work closely with our IT Manager and staff to ensure seamless operations across our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot user calls and emails related to Windows Operating Systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Install various computer hardware, miscellaneous network devices, wireless devices, and standard network protocols
  • Provide on-call consulting advice and technical support to all users/clients at Schweitzer
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT-related roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license insurable by Schweitzer's insurance carrier
