We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Advanced Care Partner to join our team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center. As an Advanced Care Partner, you will provide direct patient care under the delegation and/or supervision of a nurse/healthcare provider, prioritizing wellness and patient perspectives.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including gathering vital signs, measuring blood glucose, performing sterile dressing changes, starting peripheral IVs, and measuring intake and output.
- Assist patients with personal care, activities of daily living, and progressive mobility.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized care area.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
- Enrollment in an accredited nursing program and good standing.
- Completion of first clinical rotation (equivalent to Med/Surg I) and provision of transcripts of successful completion.
