As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for effectively screening and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement individualized plans of care, providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system

Requirements:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
