We're seeking a skilled Licensed Optician to join our team of in-house optical experts at Warby Parker. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers see the world in a new light.

• Work directly with customers to understand their eyewear needs and provide expert guidance on prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional customer service and develop best practices for sales and customer service.
• Represent our brand and values to educate others and promote our mission.

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about the eyewear and retail industries.
