Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Center for Advanced Joint Replacement. This 30-bed inpatient unit at our Wilmington Hospital in Delaware specializes in the care of knee and hip replacement patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and be able to handle a fast-paced environment. Teamwork is essential in this surgical inpatient unit, which also receives ENT & plastic surgery patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care with a focus on joint replacement and bariatric surgery.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in the hospital's Clinical Ladder program for growth opportunities.

Requirements

A BSN is strongly preferred or required to obtain within three years. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of medical/surgical RN experience, with equivalent combinations of experience considered. BLS certification is also required. The schedule for this position is Evening/Midnights with shifts of 8 and 12-hour combinations of 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
